utilities, software vendor, logistics, manufacturing, insurance, and government agencies.
Alison Cox, President
Alison (Ali) has over thirty five years in various roles including agile coaching, training, mentoring, consulting, project management,
software development and telecommunications. She has
worked for or consulted for many companies, including Ernst & Young, SunTrust Bank, Sterling Software, B2T Training, and Netmind. She has a BBA (Accounting) and an MBA (Management
of Information Systems) from the University of Georgia.
Her certifications include: ICAgile ACC/ICP/ATF/PO/EPO/Agile HR, Management 3.0 Facilitator, IIBA®-CBAP/AAC/CBDA, IREB-CPRE,PMI-®PMP, Team Kanban Practitioner, SAFe SPC, MBA. Alison speaks
Spanish fluently and has worked in international companies and projects.
BluePrint also partners with the Atlanta-based telecommunications
efficiency firm, TEMSS, LLC and Alison teaches Agile and Business Analysis
courses regularly for Netmind US, a BTS Company.
Products
Our eRFP product (built in partnership with TEMSS, LLC) is impressing our current
clients. It will give them the ability to easily set up and publicize large
Requests for Proposal. eRFP provides the ability for vendors to bid competitively
against one another, resulting in low cost of services and products to our clients.
